post your dialplan section for outbound, sip.conf minus passwords, and CLI> output so we can see what is going on... make sure you set debugging higher or set sip debugging on for iDCS, assuming iDCS is a sip provider, of course....

I'm having trouble getting an Asterisk server to make outbound calls on my iDCS Trunks.
