i'm in Spain like you. For a normal operational system inmediate should be set to no. Busycount and Busydetect can be improved performance with busypattern. The pattern should be shown in the CLI, just take a look.

In Spain we use Kewlstart. If you card allows it try use Julian J. Menendez patch for AnswerOnPolarity....... If your provider allows it also, you won't haver further issues, just tune the echo with fxotune.

Disable echotraining. Not needed. Disable fax detection. Will work, let's see ;)
