[asterisk-users] Asterisk+HylaFAX+SpanDSP+IAXmodem tutorial.

I made a little write-up that attempts to synthesise a lot of the
information out there about how to get HylaFAX working with Asterisk
by way of IAXmodem for inbound faxing:
